About Me:

My name is Darlene and I am a 20-year-old college kid from Kentucky. I’m studying a double major of Costume Design and History. I may be out of my teens, but I believe that those teen years make for excellent reading material! There is something really special about that time in everyone's life where you find who you really are, experience love for the first time, and get to make tons of memories you will never forget. I love getting to experience that again and again through fictional characters when I read. I also enjoy reading sub-genres of anything out of the ordinary, think paranormal, dystopian, science fiction, fantasy. I love to escape when I read and by reading books like those, I am guaranteed to be whisked away to a completely different fictional world that I can live in for a short while.
