In My Mailbox #14

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme created by Kristi from The Story Siren as a way to share the books you received over the past week whether for review, purchase, or borrow.

Borrowed From Library:
The Maze Runner - by James Dashner (audiobook)
Blood Red Road - by Moira Young (audiobook)
Legend - by Marie Lu
Nightshade - by Andrea Cremer
Across The Universe - by Beth Revis
A Million Suns - by Beth Revis

As some of you know, I am getting all ready to go on vacation this Friday, so I had to get some quality reading material to enjoy while on the beach. I also got a couple audiobooks to listen to during the long drive. My boyfriend and I are driving separately from the other family, so I am hoping if I can’t get him to actually read, maybe I can get him to listen to some good books. Wish me luck!

In My Mailbox #13

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme created by Kristi from The Story Siren as a way to share the books you received over the past week whether for review, purchase, or borrow.

Won:
The Immortal Rules - by Julie Kagawa (Thanks Kate!)

Borrowed:
Fallen - by Lauren Kate (audiobook)

I got The Immortal Rules in the middle of the week and although I wanted to wait to read it during my vacation in a couple weeks, I couldn’t resist! It’s been great so far! I also borrowed an audiobook copy of Fallen from the library because I have heard mixed reviews of the series and I wanted to find out a little more about it for myself.

In My Mailbox #12

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme created by Kristi from The Story Siren as a way to share the books you received over the past week whether for review, purchase, or borrow.

Purchased:
City of Lost Souls - by Cassandra Clare

For Review:

Dark Kiss - by Michelle Rowen (Thanks Harlequin!)

Sorry this is getting posted later than usual! I had a very busy weekend getting ready for one of my best friend’s weddings and I realized this afternoon that I hadn’t scheduled my IMM post. Both books I got this week are ones I am so excited to read. If you are familiar with my blog, you know my obsession with Cassandra Clare made City of Lost Souls a given, and I actually featured Dark Kiss in last weeks Waiting on Wednesday post!
So, what’s in your mailbox this week?

I didn’t have a chance to put up an IMM last week because of finals week, so now I am playing a little bit of catch up! I’ve already read Hourglass and LOVED it, you can read my review here, but the other three I am very excited to start reading!

In My Mailbox #8

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme created by Kristi from The Story Siren as a way to share the books you received over the past week whether for review, purchase, or borrow.

Purchased:
Divergent - by Veronica Roth

I had put off reading Divergent for far too long and this week I kept seeing the ARC’s of Insurgent surfacing and the cool promotion with the factions and faction leaders. I felt like I was really missing out on something amazing so I gave in and bought it.
So, that’s really the only thing I got. Super quick and simple ‘In My Mailbox’ post this week!

Once again, this week it’s a pretty short one! In addition to that, I have actually never read a review on either of these books so having the chance to go into them both with a clean slate/no expectations will be really nice! What did you get in your mailbox?
